Inauguration Ceremony of Shanghai Branch of CTCB was held at Pudong Shangri-La Hotel in the afternoon on April 11, 2012. On the scene, many officials and dignitaries attended and gathered, including hen Yunlin, the chairman of Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits; Jiang Bingkun, the president of Straits Exchange Foundation; Tu Guangshao, the executive vice mayor of Shanghai city; Li Bingcai, the vice chairman of Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits; Xu Mang, the director of Economic Services Bureau of Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council; Li Wenhui, the head of Taiwan Affairs Office of Shanghai Municipal People's Government; Guo Shanhui, the chairman of Taiwan Compatriots Investment Enterprises Association; and Lian Shengwen the deputy chief convener of Committee for Economic Development of Taipei City Government and other business leaders and guests from Taiwan and mainland, while the following senior managers of CTCB, on behalf of the president Jeffrey Koo, also attended the event, including Xue Xiangchuan, the director of Chinatrust and the vice president of China Trust Bank; Luo Lianfu, the chief executive officer of China’s Trust Business in mainland; Wu Yikui, the general manager of Chinatrust; Chen Jiawen, the general manager of China Trust Bank; Xu Jianji, the chief risk officer of Chinatrust; Gao Renjie, the general administrator of Chinatrust and Yang Mingxiang, the president of Shanghai Branch of CTCB and so forth , who jointly launched and witnessed the official business launch ceremony, and Chinatrust had become the 7th Taiwanese Bank setting up the branch in mainland.
