“2014 South Korean Food Expo in Shanghai” was held in Shanghai from June 27 to 29. This expo invited a total of 31 South Korean food and beverage enterprises and 100 Chinese food and beverage enterprises. President of Korean Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corp, Kim Jae-soo said that the purpose of this food expo was to enable people to enjoy Korean cuisine heartily and understand local conditions and customs behind Korean cuisine, instead of a one-time event. “We hope to promote harmonious coexistence between two cultures and make Korean cuisine become a denizen on Chinese people’s table in the near future, by hosting 2014 South Korean Food Expo.
